Hooray for Linguistic Intelligence!

Your Dominant Intelligence is Linguistic Intelligence

You are excellent with words and language. You explain yourself well.
An elegant speaker, you can converse well with anyone on the fly.
You are also good at remembering information and convicing someone of your point of view.
A master of creative phrasing and unique words, you enjoy expanding your vocabulary.
You would make a fantastic poet, journalist, writer, teacher, lawyer, politician, or translator.

What Kind of Intelligence Do You Have?

Duane Smith has officially had his intelligence declared to be Logical-Mathematical. A poor student at mathematics my whole life, I often feel a twinge of jealousy whenever I observe how easily others shunt numbers in their heads. I used to believe that intelligence came in two sorts: the qualitative and the quantitative. Whether or not that’s actually true, I certainly lack the ability to think of things in terms of quantity (whether that quantity involves a unit, such as quantities of size and length, or whether it is represented by a pure number), but I have always been one to look at things in terms of substance, or quality.

In any case, I am quite pleased to see that my intelligence should have been classified as linguistic (though I am not entirely surprised). It’s always nice to receive confirmation of what it is that we’ve chosen to do with ourselves! I wonder what other classifications this program has… I urge you all to try it out!

Postscript: Does anyone else find the fact that they misspelt the word “convincing” to be somewhat ironic?
